Regulatory Support and Compliance

 At APG Pharma Limited, we are fully registered with the MHRA as a licensed seller of medicines (Company No. 60672). While no additional MHRA requirements apply when selling directly to patients, we are committed to going beyond the minimum standards by developing best practice guidance for pharmacovigilance and quality. All regulatory activities are managed by our trusted consultancy partner, Fusion Pharma Limited. Their experienced UK-based regulatory team, led by Managing Director Leah Heathman, oversees compliance and supports our own-label supply (OLS) projects. They work closely with our partners to ensure smooth project setup, coordinate with relevant departments, and, if needed, handle regulatory submissions for OLS approvals.
